Tallinn to Host the Winter Swimming World Championship 2024

Tallinn, Estonia, to once more embrace hundreds of winter swimmers and become the capital of winter swimming for a week from March 4 to 10, 2024.

The Winter Swimming World Championships 2024 (WSWC 2024) are just around the corner, and it’s all set to kick off in the picturesque city of Tallinn, Estonia The prestigious event organized by the International Swimming Association (IWSA) will take place from March 4 to 10, 2024.

Embracing the cold in Tallinn

With its picturesque medieval old town and picturesque scenery, Tallinn is the perfect venue for this exciting event. Not only will this event test swimmers’ limits, but it will also give them a chance to embrace the exciting world of winter swimming.

The competition includes a variety of interesting features. Swimmers of all ages and skill levels can compete in multiple distances, whether it be the 25-meter freestyle or breaststroke, or the 450-meter endurance swim.

    The winterswimming team from Norway is planning to make a short film of our activity back home in Tromsø and participaton in WSWC 2024. We are 14 participant and will bring a photographer and a director. Who is to be contacted for an accreditation to the arena?
    The group is well known and has participated in all WC since 2010.
